As part of the early stages of evolving our identity, we worked through how we work and how we aspire to work, during a series of team-involved workshops, to serve as the foundation of creating a new model that fit us best.

Mission & Vision

To contribute positively and passionately to the regeneration of places. We aim to achieve this by elevating quality of experience, improving performance and implementing resource conservation, through a purposeful and interconnected approach.

Values

Curiousity

Our investigative curiosity embraces complexities to gain a deeper understanding of places and their contexts. Often, solutions and opportunities enable us to identify and bring value in various ways.

Evolution

We understand that any change to an existing place is just the latest chapter in its evolving history–a collaboration between past, present, and future. We seek opportunities and value in a layered identity of place. 

Environment

We are leaders in supporting climate action in the building sector. Through building reuse, developing and implementing policy and procedures, we actively seek to integrate climate change adaptation and resilience into our work. This includes the public domain, existing buildings & infrastructure, and asset sustainability.

Leadership

Everyone in our close-knit studio has a voice and opportunity for growth and leadership.  We value transparent and inclusive decision-making among our team, clients, and stakeholders. We lead and participate in strategic community initiatives and collaborate with like-minded organisations within the industry.

We approach all work with a diversity in voices and disciplines to attain better solutions: we believe the quality of the collaboration is proportional to the quality of the resolution. To advance the office and profession more holistically, we value dialogue and transparent communication across the team, community and stakeholders.
